2022 Donor Drive & Fundraising Totals
Donor Drive: A RECORD 28 new people joined the registry this year!!! We almost doubled last year’s total and surpassed this year’s stretch goal of 25! You all helped CRUSH it by posting on social media and recruiting new players and spectators!
Fundraiser: We netted $1665 for Be The Match which pays for 16 new registrants! This was a bit lower than past years but only because we used more funds to encourage donor recruitment, increase event promotion, and invest in future events. KOTB/QOTB format also results in fewer players/net.

Tournament Winners
Prizes were provided by Life’s a Beach Camps, Coast Volleyball Club, Yulefest, Blenders, Knockaround, Surf Brush, and Vball4Life.
Raffle Winners
Cash Raffle: After final review, the pot was $730! So our winner Curtis Kinz and Be The Match will each receive $365! Consolation prizes were provided by Mission Beach Rentals and Bitchin Sauce.
Recruitment Raffle: Grand Prize winner of the Spectrum Classic net was Karen Loera, recruited by Aimee Liwanag! Other prizes won by recruiters & recruitees included JWF personal training sessions, WOW bodyboard, Mission Beach Rental activities, Saville vball physical therapy consult, Mesa Rim memberships, Maui Jim sunglasses, and Optx ball donated by Life’s a Beach Camps.
